Statement: Towards the end of winter, while still very cold, one nevertheless senses the approach of Spring, with the anticipation of warmer times, bright days, pleasant times spent out-of-doors. This is symbolized by the hemp leaves pattern used throughout the quilt with over 4000 pieces. The sizes and angles of these pieces change gradually.
