Statement: For many years I was unable to return to Japan during Autumn, but the second or third time that I did return was an exceptionally good year for foliage. Although there are many varieties of foliage according to country, climate, and tree types, Kyoto makes a particularly vivid impression, both dynamic and delicate, which I wanted to transfer to the Log Cabin pattern.
